[SN MIJ I039168] USED Fender Japan / ST54-120 EXTRAD Light Ash Tobacco Sunburst [20]

A 1954 Stratocaster model from the flagship "EXTRAD" series
At the time, this was the top-of-the-line series of Fender Japan guitars manufactured by Fujigen.
It reproduces the 1954 specifications, featuring round button-style string guides and a single-ply, 8-point-screwed white pickguard.
The body is crafted from carefully selected, premium two-piece lightweight ash with a lacquer finish; the neck is V-shaped, and the back of the headstock features a decal certifying it as an “EXTRAD.”

There is paint discoloration on the 1st to 10th fret area of the fingerboard, and there is paint chipping on the body sides and at the neck joint.
There are signs of paint reaction on the body back, body sides, and body top contour areas, and there are dents accompanied by indentations along the contour.
The hardware shows signs of tarnish and rust, and there are overall scratches and small dents throughout the instrument.
