The nut and bridge have been replaced. There are numerous scratches and dents throughout the body, paint peeling around the headstock, and slight discoloration on the back of the neck.
The frets have been filed down and have about 7-bun of life remaining; the neck is in good condition, and the truss rod is adjustable.
The tremolo arm is missing.
