[SN E08217] USED MUSIC MAN / StingRay EX, Manufactured in 2000, White [12]
This Japanese-made Stingray was produced in Japan using the same parts as the U.S. models; based on the dates stamped on the body and neck, we’ve determined it was made in 2000.
Featuring an ash body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard, it delivers a sound characterized by a punchy attack and a distinct presence. Its active sound, produced by a single humbucker pickup and a 3-band EQ, is well-suited for a wide range of genres, including rock and funk.
There are numerous scratches and dents scattered throughout the instrument, and the hardware shows signs of tarnish.
The neck grip shows darkening from heavy use, and the pickguard has numerous playwear scratches.
Although it shows signs of use, it has been fully serviced and cleaned at our repair center, and playability is excellent.
