The body features the easy-to-handle Grand Performance shape, and the solid Sitka spruce top paired with sapele sides and back delivers a clear attack and a balanced, rich tone. The 14th-fret joint and cutaway design provide excellent playability in the higher registers, and the design takes practical considerations—such as live performances and recording—into account. Furthermore, it is equipped with a Fishman F1 Analog pickup system, allowing for sound shaping that preserves a natural acoustic feel.
This electro-acoustic guitar combines the rich resonance characteristic of Martin with modern playability.
The binding near the tuners had come loose, so it has been re-glued. Traces of excess adhesive are visible where it was repaired, and there are some areas where the surface feels slightly rough.
