The L-2000—arguably Leo Fender’s final masterpiece!!
Following the Stingray and the Saber, the L-2000 can be considered the ultimate evolution of this design!!
It features a sunburst finish with an alder body, an ebony fingerboard, and a maple neck.
The combination of its proprietary MFD pickups and the Tri-Sound system allows for a wide range of sound shaping!!
With a uniquely designed bridge featuring a saddle-lock system and medium-jumbo frets, this guitar truly lives up to its reputation by incorporating specifications that still hold up today!!
The previous owner installed a pickguard, but intentionally left space near the front pickup to ensure there’s plenty of room for your thumb. The tuning pegs have been replaced with paddle-style pegs.
There is a dent near the headstock logo, and while there are other minor imperfections, no damage is visible that significantly detracts from the overall appearance.
It has been fully adjusted since arrival; the neck and truss rod are in good condition, and this is a guitar that will serve you well for years to come.
